1. Return Period: Products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Condition: Sticks can not be defaced in anyway. 
3. Return Process: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return and receive a return authorization number.
4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
5. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
